mixer to recorder

i have a GTD BM-226S powered mixer and a cdrw 890 recorder what is the proper hookup between the two for the best input record signal

That mixer has RCA jacks on the top. Connect those to the analog input on the recorder. That is your only choice, based on the inputs I see on that recorder.

thanks for your reply the only rca plugs are tape L and R if that is what you are refering to as of now i have a mono 1/4" splitter to rca coming out of my send jack on the mixer to anolog in on the recorder just not getting the playback or record levels i need thanks again this is a great site
