Hmm what you have posted doesn't make a lot of sense. However, I am going to go on the idea that you are trying to run a MKV file? If that is the case, they aren't meant to run on phones or tablets.

The file must be played on a computer and using a program that will actually play them. VLC Media Player is a good one for that.
