Does anyone know of a laptop that can run skyrim on at least HIGH( not ultra) graphics smoothly?
--Required--
4GB Ram
At least 250 GB hard drive.
Not for that price, you'd be looking at closer to $1000 to run Skyrim on high, smoothly, even for a used laptop that's too cheap. You could always lower the resolution, maybe a 1600x900 screen, that's pretty much it.

Thanks. I at least want to run skyrim, and borderlands 2 on a low/medium graphic setting.
The options, low-priced, gaming, and laptop are basically "pick 2"(sometimes with "gaming + laptop" not even being a selectable option).
If you want a laptop that's cable of at least playing games on, expect to spend more than $350. By the price-point you get to laptops that are actually good at gaming, it's cheaper to buy a general purpose laptop and build a gaming pc.
If you insist on buying a cheap-ish laptop to play games, look for something with an AMD A8 or A10 APU.
