Tv vs monitor for use as a monitor?
Can anyone recommend a good tv or monitor under £150?

both can be used as a pc display. realize that quite a few of televisions in that range may be 720p not 1080p so a monitor may be a better choice.

i would recommend either of these two suggestions:

1080p 60hz tv from sony, lg or samsung.

1080p 60hz tn panel from viewsonic, asus, acer, dell or samsung. if you can afford it an e-ips panel instead is ideal.

what do you plan on using the screen for? movies, games, work?
