I bought these in December. And I agree completely regarding the sound. They sound amazing at regular and fairly high volumes. Probably the best at those normal volumes I've ever owned.

But! (Yeah, unfortunately there is a big but here)

The ear pads has a huge design flaw, at least the ones I bought. The stitches fails around the edge, and the cushions come off. What's even worse is, Monster refuse to take responsibility for this and wont repair them. What's even worse is, they don't even sell those cushions as spares, which leaves you with a pair of completely useless $199 headphones after a few months.

Stay away from these!
