Question Moto G Power 5G dings for for no reason

I have a Moto G Power 5G running T-Mobile's version of Android 15. And occasionally it puts out a single loud Ding for no apparent reason. No new calls or texts. No software updates. I have alerts turned off. Battery has plenty of charge. I don't have a Google account and have never signed up to any app store and have gotten rid of all the bloatware that I can. But still I got the occasional ding. This is really annoying. Especially when it happens at 3 AM and is loud enough to wake me up. It's not unlike a cat demanding attention. Anybody got any ideas?

Is there a pattern to the sound? Is this a daily, weekly, monthly thing? Is the device setup to automatically update Android?

No. there is no pattern that I can figure out. It's just a single, loud ding. The same ding that it makes when I get a new text. But in this case there's no text. It happens very irregularly. Might go a month without it happening. Then it happens 3 times in one week. Although it does happen late, after midnight, more frequently than during the day or evening.
And no, I do not have anything set to automatically update. I don't allow my phone to do anything automatically.
I wonder it might have something to do with those Amber Alerts we have here in Texas. My old flip phone used to get a very loud voice message followed by a long text message every time anyone in the entire state reported a missing child to a local police dept. But I don't get those on this phone. I have the "Crisis Alerts" setting turned off.

Are all notifications off?

All of the audio notifications are off. Which doesn't seem to affect the call ring tone or the incoming text msg ding.
Matter of fact this bizarre spurious ding sounds exactly like the ding I get when I get a text massage. But there's no new message.

Weird, no doubt. Any unusual power saving settings?
