Hello,
built-in mouse on Toshiba satellite is not working. I assume it's been accidentally disabled. How do I get it working again?

Check the BIOS to see it is disabled. You can also look in Control Panel/Device Manager to see if disabled in Windows.

Last, some touchpads are automatically disabled when a mouse is connected.

Connect an external mouse go to coontrol panel > mice > then touchpad and activate it
