Mouse delay

Hi, I have an acer aspire e1-521. Seems like a good pc, but has 1 issue. There is a 2 or so second delay with the mouse when using the keyboard. Are there any settings to fix this? thanks

I do play games on this laptop, but i play with an external mouse as there is no problem with an external mouse on this laptop

if u are experiencing the "mouse" delay in games , try disabling "V-Sync" in the game graphic options .

how do i disable vsync? i found it but cant find a disable button
