Mouse gets stucked and I have to start up again and this keps repeating itself regularly. No body knows any where, do you?

Mouse stops working, the arrow is frozen. This happens regularly. I shut down and start again. Everything else works perfectly. No repair shop have the solution. What do I do?

Have you tried a different mouse? If your's has a battery, is it failing? Some mouse mats because affected from the natural grease on our hands and don't let the mouse read properly.

Thank you so much for responding but I bought a new mouse without cable when some expert advised me to do so. But the same problem prevails. Could it be something with the batteries inside the pc?

The only battery inside the PC is the CMOS battery which pweors the basic settings. If your clock is showing the correct time, that battery is in good shape.

The only possible common denominator between your old mouse and the new one and that's the USB Port If the two are plugged into the same Port, try using another one.
