Moving apps to SD Card

I have rooted my Samsung Galaxy Core 2 and I have 2 partitions on my sd card (fat32 and ntfs i guess ) and I wanna move FIFA 15 New Season but I get a error
I am using Lucky Patcher but I tried Link2SD but the same happened.
