Moving iOS apps

I have Flappy Bird on my iPhone and I want to sell it on eBay. Am I able to take the ipa file from the application that is installed on my computer and put it on a flash drive? Would it be able to install on someone else's iPhone or iPod? Thank you.

I dont think so. I know that if you have icloud running it will be saved "up there" other than that I only think that it will stay on the phone. How much does a phone go for with flappy bird on it anyway?

You can't do that, the game is tied to your account. If you have an Android you can download the game file.
Otherwise you need to sell the phone with your account on it, which ebay won't let you do.
