Solved! Msft installed Edge in my PC. If i set Edge as default program, will it open Word documents, with Word Starter uninstalled?

I have Windows 7 and IE11 64-bit. A few days ago Word Starter did not work. I uninstalled it, hoping to reinstall it, but so far this has not been possible.

what errors are you getting trying to reinstall word starter?

you can use libre office to open word documents. It is free.
