MSI Customer Service?

First off I hope I put this in the right category. If I didn't please direct me to the right one and I'll move it.

I'm looking at buying a gaming laptop. The MSI GX640-260US looks to be very promising. However I haven't heard any reviews on MSI customer service. Is it any good? Thank you for the help.
