MSI GE62 2QF OverHeating 90c

my laptop overheating when i play game like gta 5 it always at 90c i dissasembly my laptop and fully clear from dirts i also add new thermal paste but still at 90c is there way to fix it ?

Have you tried using the Cooler boost 3 that comes with the laptop to help cool it down. I know when i bought my GT60 a few years back the first thing i did was replace the thermal paste. There is also a button for turbo fan, looks like they changed it to Cooler boost now, where it would ramp the fans up to move more air to keep things cool.
