MSI GE62 Apache Pro or GS40 Phantom?

Ive been recently been checking out MSI GS40 Phantom (970) and GE62 Apache Pro (6th Gen 970) for an idea as my future gaming laptop. Without the price, which laptop is better?

Their specs are literally the same. I'm looking for the size

I would go for the 15 inch apache pro as the laptop is larger and should have better cooling.
