Hello, I have a MSI GF63 laptop which has 2 3.5mm jacks, one for output and another for input (mic). So i bought a Y splitter so i could use my earphone's mic and output sound together but however it doesnt work correctly. I can hear the sound from mic from the earphones. I have checked the mic properties in sound control panel and "Listen to this device" is disabled but i am hearing the mic's sound in my earphones back. Also, the mic volume is very low, when i blow directly in the mic, the volume only goes up like a bar. If i increase mic boost, i get alot of noises in the sound. Any ideas?
Do let me know if i have to provide any model or chipsets of the audio driver. Thanks!

Could be the splitter is bad or you bought the wrong item. You don't need a "splitter" but a 4 pole to dual 3 pole adapter from the sound of things.
