MSi GP62 6QE Leopard Pro Help

Okay, so I just bought this not to long ago. This version doesn't have the SSD (I'm new to Windows 10, so I can't find the specs). I do know there is only 8 gb of RAM and that this is running an i7-6700 and a GTX 950.

My issue is Skyrim Special Edition. I normally run any game on this on high pretty well, but with Skyrim on low, I somehow only get 13 fps. Does this laptop not run Skyrim, or do I have to change some settings?

Below 80, unless I've been gaming for hours.

Have you tried to lower the settings. It could be that the gtx 950m is not strong enough for high settings.

The problem was that the updated drivers didn't take so my computer didn't think my GTX was there. I reinstalled the drivers and it works perfectly fine now. Thank you all for the attempts to help.
