Question MSI GP62 7RD Leopard keyboard r,f,c,"backspace",\,0,9 keys not working

I'm having an issue with an MSI laptop. After I reinstalled Windows, I did all current updates and the r,f,c,"backspace",\,0,9 keys do NOT work. I've fully updated the BIOS, updated all drivers manually for entire machine as well as updated all from the MSI page for this machine. Nothing is solving this issue. Machine was initially brought to me after it crashed after a Windows update. They just wanted it wiped and reinstalled. Any ideas or a fix would be greatly appreciated! I see alot on web about this and MSI machines but no answer! Thanks

Do those keys work in Safe Mode or using a Linux boot disk?
