Question Some keys are not working

I have begun experiencing that certain keys (backspace, F, C, R, 8, 9, 0) are not working when pressing them individually. In order to make them work, I have to press them in addition to other keys (such as arrow keys). And it is very on and off, meaning that it will sometimes work normally. What is the source of this issue? It does not occur with an on-screen keyboard or an external keyboard. Only the internal one.

Specs:
Computer model: MSI GL62M 7RD
OS: Windows 10.

Sounds like you need to replace they keyboard and see if that fixes things.
