Msi Gs70 problems

I just recently received a package from msi for my newly fixed laptop and when it arrived i wanted to test it out by playing a video game called league of legends. before i sent it i ran league of legends at a fps of about 150-200 and now it is at a steady pace at 40 does anyone know how to fix it . Can it be a driver problem?

So does this mean i have to open the laptop up to check if its plugged in or not would this break the warranty?

its definitely plugged into the battery charger i have a nvidia gtx 765m and i cant seem to find the problem i looked at the nvidia program and it says all drivers are up to date

i actually found my solution from watching the video and it came out to be that my battery mode was on power saver not balanced hahah thanks for all the help man is there any way i can reccomend you or something? 😀
