MSI GT60 (Possible drivers malfunction?)

Hi!

I have a MSI GT60 424. I got it two days ago, and everything was working fine.

But then, I turned it on today and saw that it couldn't detect any networks and the volume was on mute. Though my other devices are able to connect to wifi.

SCM does not start up when open, in 'network & sharing center' there is an unknown, the dependency service or group failed to start, when I try to change the volume using the sound icon, it opens up the trouble shooter and tell me undetected hardware changes even though there wasn't any.

I will try to provide more information if possible. But please help. Thanks.

Try reinstalling the sound and network drivers from MSIs website.

I would...if I had connection. Again, the laptop cannot connect to Internet.

Then how are you chating with me?

Is there another computer you can plug a usb drive into and download the drivers?

I am on my phone. But I don't know which drivers are faulty?

The sound and WLAN (wireless) drivers look to be corrupt. If you can get those on another pc to a thumb drive then plug that drive into the laptop and install it.

Do I just install the new ones? Or do I have to delete the old ones first?

Uninstall the old ones then install the new ones.
