Msi GT72 2PE Dominator Pro Webcam and Bluetooth Drivers Not Installing

Hello, I have a new Msi GT72 2PE Dominator Pro, and I can't get to work the Webcam and the Bluetooth.
I already press Function + F6 for the camera.
I installed twice the drivers for the Bluetooth (I don't see the drivers of the Webcam in the original Disc).
I don't see the hardware in Hardware configuration (I have Windows 8.1)
Please help, thank you in advance

For BT you first need to determine which card was installed. Please read this article: http/www.msi.com/files/pdf/Wierless_EN.pdf
Then you can download the appropriate driver from: http/www.msi.com/support/nb/GT72-2PE-Dominator-Pro.html#down-driver&Win8.1 64

I'm pretty sure the webcam's drivers are built into win8.

I had the same problem. The solution is actually simple !
If you open Device Manager, you will see an unknown piece of hardware
You can't install a driver automatically for this hardware, because your system won't find it
Just click on it and Disable this piece of hardware
Restart, and start the standard windows utility "systeminfo" (under "system-management")
You would notice here under the second chapter (parts?) the chapter problem apparatus
(I'm Dutch, so I don't know the exact name in English)
You will see the problem apparatus (hopefully only the one)
Now open the standard windows utility "problem-solver"
Click under "hardware and audio" on the link "configure hardware"
This will open a wizard. This wizard will find your problem hardware.
Click on it, and click on the button "solve". Done !!!!
I think this piece of hardware lets you switch on/of your webcam and bluetooth under the SCM utility.
Open the SCM utility and enable your bluetooth and/or webcam. Voila !
