Hello guys ! as the title says my jack got broken because i pressed by mistake on the headphone's jack and it broke the one inside the laptop . I want to fix it but i assume it would cost me alot . I was thinking to get an external usb audio adapter but will the sound quality be the same like the one in the 3.5mm plug from laptop ? Im using some pretty good senheiser headphones . Will it be a big difference ?

Try using USB headphones instead of replacing the audio jack and paying those heavy expenses. Using USB headphones will not make a huge difference but you might get a lower bass with USB headphones.

Note: Bass of the headphone also depends on the quality of headphone that you buy.

Let me know what you think :)
