MSI Laptop Help

Long story short my laptop (MSI CX61 2QF) crashed while doing a system refresh on Windows 10. Now my laptop is stuck on a loop on the MSI splash screen. I've been on the windows 10 recovery screen and it says 'Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing'.
I've also been able to see what is on my hard drive and everything has been deleted so I guess that the OS has been deleted too?

My laptop now doesnt go to the Windows recovery screen but straight to the BIOS screen.

Can you load the MSI factory recovery utility? I think it's either F3 or F9 during system startup. You said everything appeared to be deleted, but hopefully that's not actually the case.
