Discussion MSI wants total access to your computer if you DL their creator center?

why do they need access t my camera, microphone, email, videos, files, photos?

THAT GOT YOUR ATTENTION. What the difference between that or letting MSI do the same thing in order to use their Creator Center software. 4K for a new laptop but they want access to my camera the mic, my files, MY EMAILS?...anything they want when this software should have been part of the package to begin with. is everyone OK with this?
