Question mulit lens camera question

does anyone happen to know how the nvr uses those cameras that have 2 or 3 lenses or maybe they are just 2 or 3 cameras in one package? does the nvr use 2 or 3 channels for one device or does it split the device into roaming the cameras on one video ch. on the nvr? like this camera https://www.ebay.com/itm/204590869635?var=505177889082

how will this camera use the nvr channels? if i put it in the front of the house in place of one i have there now will it lets say use ch 1 for looking to the left camera and ch 2 for the ptz camera and ch 3 for the camera looking to the right? if that is how it would work it would be fine but if it was to share 1 ch then for me not so good. it could even share the left and ptz and or right and ptz but not all of them. i just wondering how it gets the feed from the lan cable to the nvr and then split the feed into 3 feeds. thanks

From the fleabay write up, it appears to be 3 individual camera, in one box.

The software app shows it as 1, 2, 3.

Knowing all the vulnerabilities and crappy software that comes with these offbrand cameras, I wouldn't buy one.
