Multi room set up help needed

Gaming PC tower in separate room. Want to be able to run a 7.5m hdmi cable to living room TV for game sesessions with mates. Also want to run 2 7.5m usb cable then split each into 4 ports with hubs. Then have 2 wired 360 pads, ds4 with bt adapter and Xbox 1 pad with bt adapter filling one hub. On the other hub I want to connect my mouse and keyboard with 2 ports as spare for anything else. Wondered if input lag might ocur through pads or TV signal? If any issues will occur. Will using a hq hdmi cable do anything and usb 3? Thanks

Done a couple of searches but all that comes up is stuff to do with tv signal ariel.

Cheers, I had already ordered one of these before the first response.
Gona see what the effects are like anyway. Guess the seller shouldn't really be selling them if they are not fit for use so ill return it.
Whats the max length for usb /hdmi then? thanks
