Multiple audio jacks on headset

I've got a SpeedLink Medusa nx 5.1 headset which has 4 audio jacks (orange, green, pink and black) but I only have one audio jack on my laptop and if I only connect one of them some of the features don't work....Can you please help?

Yes, the manual states that you need a dedicated 5.1 sound card to use the headsets. Since you have a laptop, you will need a USB based amp/dac.
