I am not aware of any optical splitters, but there are Bluetooth transmitters which can be paired to two devices simultaneously.

I have several optical splitters which I used to my sound bar and to a two device bluetooth transmitter which is functioning fine. what I am attempting to do is have 3 bt headsets going at the same time in one location
