multiple montior screen

my laptop model is hp4420 notebook, can i setup hdmi cable to external display tv? My laptop is not showing any option of multiple monitor .

Try right clicking on the desktop background and then click on "Graphics Properties". Make sure you choose to look at "Advanced Mode" when the window popups up next, then check to see if the option for "Multiple Displays" is listed anywhere.
