I don't even understand why she could be blamed, because when you sing a song, it's your performance, your cover version and you own the copyright to it ! There is a good deal of difference between copyright and patents. In art you cannot own copyright to cover versions .
Moreover singing is like replaying hearing memories from the brain, so it is mad to declare it copyrighted as they are your thoughts ;-) maybe not in this world

All of us out there should stop buying any new music from any artist or label who is corporate.There is no reason at all to support the bigwigs.And if you really need to have that music why not just buy it USED.Go on ebay or amazon,etc or better yet go to a local music store in your town and buy USED from them.
ALL OF US SPREAD THE WORD !!!! Take down the bigwigs campaign !!!!
