hey guys...i have installed mx player and enabled hw+ decoder which raise the volume up to 200%
,,does that harm the speakers or the headphone?
i need rational answer please..

An app can't actually increase the maximum power the hardware in your device or system can output. Lots of audio processing isn't clearly labeled for what it actually does
It could raise the low level sounds to make them easier to hear in a noisy environment that would cover them up or better for listening at an overall lower volume..
In any case if it doubled the output that would be a 3db increase in volume which could damage speakers or headphones if you were already at the max they could play. If you hear distortion turn the volume down right away.
