Please help? I have a laptop keyboard, my laptop is an Acer Aspire V3-772G-5413.

There isn't anything stuck under my A key, I checked, and none of my other keys have issues.

Also, one of the little hinges on the underneath my shift key broke, and now half of the key doesn't respond, does anyone know a way to fix that aside from getting another keycap?

You can define your own keyboard layout and remap "A" key to some rarely used key like "~" or some other.
Use Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator.

Or you can replace your laptop keyboard or use external keyboard.

Is there another solution? I tried uninstalling device driver and reinstalling, no dice. I type at about 100 wpm and so I really need my A key, and I also use the tilde key on occasion for "approximately".
