My Acer aspire 14 windows 8 keep showing first I tried to refresh it and it still had no effect I have no recovery disk, but i tried to refresh it and it did not Work it has been going on for a week now please how can I fix it

First what is the error given on BSOD ? It can be revealing to read those. Then you can type it on google and see what comes up, it will probably point where the problem is.

Acers don't come with recovery disks but a recovery partition on the HDD, which your instruction manual should have the key combination during boot to initiate. It will also tell you how to create a set of recovery DVD's in case your HDD dies.
