my acer aspire E15 wont load after factory reset

I performed a factory reset on my acer because it was acting weird.
when it was done,it went to the acer loading screen,then after that,it just has a black screen and a loading prompt(where it's a couple dots that go in a circle).It's been like that for a day and it hasnt done anything. help would be nice

it was freezing randomly and slowing down but it is a fairly new laptop,not even a year yet.

and how do i do a factory reset again if i cant get to any menu

Acer eRecovery Management is a program provided in Acer laptop, which could restore laptop to factory default settings. But if you want to use this program for laptop factory reset, Acer Aspire laptop disk partition should be not destroyed.

Step 1: Start Acer Aspire laptop, and when you see Acer screen, press F2 to enter BIOS screen. In Main option, set D2D Recovery as “Enabled”.

Tips: This has to be made sure, otherwise, system restore would not complete successfully.

Step 2: Press F10 to save and exit BIOS. When you see Acer screen again, press ALT + F10. Until “Acer eRecovery” option appears, choose it and press Enter.

Step 3: Select “Restore System to Factory Default Settings”.

after the pressing of f10,the acer erecovery doesnt show uop no matter how hard i try

pressed it at the same time. Even pressing f2 doesnt work anymore. what i did was press f2 first,and enabled the d2d recovery,then f10 to exit. but after that,pressing f2 or alt+f10 didnt work at all,nothing happens.
when the laptop starts,the acer screen comes up,then goes away then comes back again. when it comes back,an error messages come up sayingn 'The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.windows installation cannot proceed.to install windows,click "ok" to restart the computer,and then restart the installation.'

after i click 'ok',laptop restarts and it starts all over again

finally got the recovery option to show up,but now,it says i need admin clearance to use it but there are no admin profiles on my pc so it wont let me

Im experiencing same errors when i enter to restore settings recovery not complete due some errors... im always stock on acer loading screen

what i did was i used a friend's laptop to get the windows 10 boot media on a usb,then i booted from the usb to reinstall windows 10
