my acer aspire is saying a required device isnt connected or cant be accessed

My acer aspire v3-531 is saying a device isnt connected or cant be accessed? Any help for this pls.

Umm.... I would help, but you aren't really giving us much information. What device is it? Have you tried a different cable? These things are both important information that really keep us from helping you until we have it.

That's all is says and error code 0xc000000f doesn't mention what the device is ? It says press enter to try again,press f8 for start up settings and press esc for UEFI Firmware settings.but none of this seems to work ,the problem started after the new screen was replaced as it was cracked!
