my acer extensia is saying "plug in but not charging" it only charges for about a minute then it stops. my battery is non remo

after plugging in my charger, my acer laptop stops charging before a minute have elapsed and says "plug in, not charging". if I remove the charger and plug it again, the same thing happen. my battery is not removable

Well all batteries are actually removable, just some are really a pain to do.

If the laptop is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer about repairing or replacing it. If it isn't under warranty any longer, then you have the option of doing the replacement yourself (there are a lot of instructional videos online), or paying someone to do it for you.
