My Acer laptop got hacked, they locked me out

Format the HDD and reinstall Windows. Even if you got back in its the only way to know they didn't leave other nasties behind.

^ agreed, we won't help with bypassing passwords (and if we could they wouldn't be very good as passwords), and in this case if you did manage to get control of your machine back, what else has been left behind? The only way to be sure is to nuke it and reformat.

And restore data from your backup, assume you will lose everything in the installation process
