My alienware is hot and fans working all the time

So I have Alienware 17 (I bought it early Spetember 2013) with these specs:

and lately (around 2-3 months) the fans are working oh the highest speed almost all the time and the laptop is always hot, and whenever I run speedfan, it always shows the fire symbol on the GPU, HD0, and all the cores.



I always update my drivers so I dont think it is a driver problem, I dont know what the problem is. Even when I leave the laptop without anything running, I keep hearing the fans and the heat stays the same, and when I run Chrome for example, the fan noise rises and becomes so loud!



Any adivce on what should I do ?

do you use it on a bed a lot, do you smoke, have pets? sounds like the fans/heatsink are plugged up.

I dont smoke nor have pets, and it is always on my desk. will try cleaning it tonight and will reply as soon as I finish

well, I dont believe how did I forget something that basic being a computer geek (sort of )! maybe because it is my first laptop perhaps

I forgot to clean my heatsink/fans and now I cant hear any noise,, just as I first bought the laptop
