My android goes off when it shows the staarting screen

Hi,i have an android that it goes off every time i am trying to start it from the power button,it shows the starting screen and when i am touching the screen or swap it whit my finger it goes off.Batteries are fully charged, i ve already changed 2 of them. Also i realized that these are not happening when batteries are not charged , under 80% it works normally. What is going on...Pls help.
