Solution
Like I said, some are manufactured better than others. Your phone may have simply come with a crappy battery. It's always worth investigating every possibility.

Also if you only bought the phone four months ago, it should still be under warranty should you end up needing a replacement battery.

Try and find someone with the same phone as you. Try their battery. If it works, then you know yours is garbage. If it still doesn't work, you know it's not the battery but an issue with the phone itself.

Probably a dead battery.

Cell phones and laptops today use lithium-ion batteries and they only last for so long. After so many charges they can wear out and no longer be of any use. Some are manufactured better than others.

Keeping this in mind, your battery could have bitten the dust. Do you have any friends with the same kind of phone as you? Try inserting one of their batteries and see if it powers up.

But i bought this mobile in dec '12. Its just 4 months old. So Battery is new apanzee. It is not only having this booting problem.

When it is getting charged, it occasionally turn on and shows it just charged for 1% even thought it been charging for 20 or 30 min and suddenly it get turned off and is not getting charged also. After some time it get charged again but wont boot. this continues.

This happen twice now.
