My android phone keeps on saying Error retrieving g information from server. [RH-1]

I can't download any apps because it keeps saying that

Hi Melissa,

You can try below steps and let me see if it will work :

Open the "Google Play" app and press the home button to return
Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > ALL tab > look for GOOGLE PLAY > tap clear cache > tap force stop > Go back to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > tap Google Services Framework > tap clear data > force stop

Reboot your device and google play store will work. Let me know if you will get the same error.

Nthing works for me..
Only solution i have done is remove your account and then open play store. It works
