My android phone won't charge nor turn on.

My Cloudfone Excite C 's in a state of limbo. Two days ago my phone was charging and when I came back to it a couple of hours later it came out dead. Couldn't charge it nor hard reset it. It's pretty much dead.

Just a couple of hours ago, however, I managed to get it charged (it was still turned off technically,and the battery was indicated at 13%). However after a few hours it was suddenly gone again.

Anyone know whether this is fixable on my own/need a repair guy for this/have to replace it? This thing's pretty important to me.

It could be any number of things that are the cause. Try a tech, see what they say they will charge and decide then if you want to fix it or get another one.
