my android stucks in loading sturtup

my phone stuck when is starting up, shows the android logo, than passes to an other picture, that gives the idea of loading, whith a flash going around the android logo, than suddenly stops and restart over and over again, what to do for, any help? i have a chinese copy is called i7100 like a samsung copy. i have rooted it and it performed good for some times, but now it doesnt start again. i can access fastboot mode, but when i try recovery, it shows a warrning table next to the logo of anyphone. and now?! can u help me guys???!!

get into fastboot and flash a stock .tft

Hi there!

First try to flash a ROM made for that device through your PC. For this you have to know a bit of command prompt and should have Android SDK to do with.

If you want you may flash a recovery through the same method via PC.
