My AOC speakers are not working!

So I bought myself a AOC i2473Pwm monitor with speakers built in it. The problem is that when I unplug my headphones there is no sound comming out from the speakers. I have made speakers mode on from the menu but they still don't work. Can I get sum help pleaze!

Is the monitor designed to work via speakers unless headphones are plugged in? If yes the monitor may be defective.

Or is there a monitor menu setting that needs to be changed between built in speakers and headphones?

Look at the User Manual/Guide to find out or check the manufacturer's website.

In the Manual it says that I have to turn "speakers mode on". I have turned them on and it is supposed to work when i ungplug my headphones but they dont.

That is pretty straight-forward....

Just make sure there is not some individual mute setting somewhere.

Otherwise, it could be a defective monitor. I would return the monitor for a replacement.
