My AppStore doesn't have it! What do I do now

Well I go into AppStore and search up pocket tool and it comes up with this survey app! What do I do

If you are referring to the app PocketTool, for use with Minecraft, my understanding of it is that it is an open source Android app. There is no iOS version as far as I know, which is why it doesn't show up in the App Store.
