my bluetooth speakers cannot be found

my new speakers cannot be found in devices and printers, tried everything, speakers not found.
what can I do to get speakers found ?

Did you make sure the speakers have new batteries in them, or if they are rechargeable, that they are fully charged? If the batteries are low (needing a charge or replacing) it won't work. If they are new, you may actually need to add batteries.

Also, did you make sure to turn on the speakers after the computer was set up to look for them.
