My brand new laptop shut off by itself and won't turn back on

I got a brand new dell windows 8 touch screen laptop for christmas, it's been working very good, except tonight. Tonight i was just on google chrome and it froze, and wouldn't unfreeze, so I turned it off and turned it back on. Then, it completely turned off by itself, and won't turn on at all. I'm so scared, I don't know what to do. Please I need help with this.

If it new you should have at least 1 year on it.
