my chromebok crashed. can i get the download file from that chromebook???/

my chromebook is inoperable. how can I access the files such as my downloads from that computer on my windows 10???

If its got HDD then you can connect it to your PC, if its m.2 your motherboard needs m.2 or you have to buy adapter.
Not sure for way if its soldered.
