My computer doesn't Charge Anymore And its not because of the charger

So i was Charging my laptop because it was almost dead and then the charger stoped working while i was charging it i was using because i was doing something important on it i tried moving it around by it still wouldnt charge then i pressed on my computer close to where the plug in was because it was kinda open there and everytime i would press it down i would start charging agian but ive never had this problem before. Whats wrong with my computer??

Sounds like the DC input jack is coming loose from whatever board it is soldered to inside the laptop.

might not be a board that jack is soldered to as might be a cable as that was how I got a sony viao laptop as the jack was broken. when I opened the laptop I found the jack was part of a cable to the motherboard so I replaced that jack & got my 1st intel dual core laptop.
